Property: 1.) Copy of your purchase contract for your new property. 2.) Copy of all inspection reports as soon as they are available. 3.) Signed borrowers authorization - attached 4.) Homeowners insurance for the new property. (We will need the name and telephone number of your chosen provider.) 5.) A copy of the front and back of the cancelled earnest money check Income: 1.) Copy of 2006 and 2007 W2 for all employers in that year. 2.) Copy of the two most recent pay stubs (30-days) showing year to date earnings. 3.) Copy of your Offer letter from your employer detailing the relocation terms. Assets: 1.) Copy of 2 most recent bank statements (full and complete pages for all accounts) 2.) Copy of most recent 401-k statements (full and complete pages for the most recent quarter) 3.) Full copy of any additional account statements - Mortgage account information
